What does BPH mean in a line quotation?

BPH means bottles per hour, but it is meaningful only when the reference bottle, product, cap, label, pack and test conditions are stated.

Does filler speed equal saleable line output?

No. Sustainable output also depends on treated-water supply, bottle preparation, transfer, downstream machines, utilities, changeovers, rejects and normal interruptions.

How should multiple bottle sizes be planned?

State the required output for each bottle and pack rather than applying one rating to every format. Tooling, transfer stability and packer cycles can change by size.
