Two inputs define the upstream architecture

Treated water and empty bottles must arrive at the filling center at the required quality, flow, pressure and rate. The water side is chosen from raw-water analysis and the product target. The bottle side is chosen from whether bottles are blown onsite, supplied ready-made or fed from an existing handling system.

What does turnkey mean for a bottled water production line?

Turnkey should mean only the equipment, utilities, engineering, installation, commissioning and handover responsibilities explicitly included in the signed scope. It is not a universal package and should never be assumed from the label alone.

Does a complete line always include PET bottle blowing?

No. A project can blow PET bottles onsite, receive purchased empty bottles or connect an existing bottle-handling system. The selected route changes the equipment, utilities, storage and transfer scope.
