Measure or document power, compressed air, process and cleaning water, cooling, drainage, ventilation and environmental conditions at the line boundary while relevant equipment operates. A nominal plant utility rating may not reveal pressure loss, temperature change or simultaneous demand at the machine. Site acceptance is the opportunity to verify final conveyors, retained equipment, factory networks, utility distribution, safety circuits and product paths in their installed arrangement. Check controlled starts, stops, starvation, blockage, alarms, interlocks and recovery. Where multiple suppliers are involved, the protocol should distinguish an equipment defect from an external condition without leaving the complete-line problem unassigned.

Use the agreed source or treated water, bottle, preform, closure, label, code and packing materials in suitable quantity. Record starting state, run periods, planned events, stops, rejects, counts, product and pack observations and operator interventions. Acceptance criteria must follow the contract and realistic site conditions; results should not be extrapolated to formats or materials that were not tested.

Acceptance is not only a run result. Confirm operator and maintenance training, safe operating procedures, cleaning and changeover guidance, approved manuals, drawings, software backups, parts lists, supplied spares and service contacts. Open items need classification, owner, due date and closure evidence. Final sign-off should state the tested conditions and any contractual reservations clearly.
